Between 2020 and 2021, I was engaged as an independent consultant for the Digitalization Path Program, a USAID-backed initiative targeting structural operational inefficiencies in Kosovo's SME sector. I was engaged to architect digital transition frameworks for five leading enterprises across the luxury fashion, food processing, and adventure tourism verticals.

The primary objective was to mitigate a pattern of "Digital Friction" that capped these firms' international scalability:

Infrastructural Deficits: Fragmented or non-functional digital storefronts limiting direct-to-consumer reach.
Operational Inertia: Heavy reliance on manual, spreadsheet-based systems for managing supply chains and international export logistics.
Market Access Barriers: Strategic bottlenecks caused by payment infrastructure gaps and founder-dependent decision-making models.
