01Between 2020 and 2021, I was engaged as an independent consultant for the Digitalization Path Program, a USAID-backed initiative targeting structural operational inefficiencies in Kosovo's SME sector. I was engaged to architect digital transition frameworks for five leading enterprises across the luxury fashion, food processing, and adventure tourism verticals.
