Engagement Model

The Intersection

Where product, GTM, and applied AI meet

I do not separate technical execution from commercial strategy. To build resilient companies in the AI era, leadership teams need both in the same operating system.

My approach is built on hard-won reality, not theory. Having built, scaled, and sold technology companies, I do not just advise on roadmaps. I help teams build the cadence, decisions, and commercial mechanics that make the roadmap matter.

Engagement Process

From Strategy to Scale.A disciplined operating sequence for high-stakes execution.

01

Phase 1: The Clarity

Strategy Before Spend

Most AI and GTM roadmaps are theater. We start by pressure-testing the strategy, the architecture, and the sequence. The goal is a plan your engineers can build and your CFO can defend, not a deck that impresses a boardroom and dies in committee.

02

Phase 2: The System

GTM Engineering

Strategy is cheap; systems compound. I design the growth engine your team will run: signal-based outbound, AI-drafted messaging with a human edit loop, enrichment that resolves, and a scoring rubric tied to a real ICP. Built on twenty years of iterating on growth models across markets and cycles.

03

Phase 3: The Growth

A Motion That Compounds

A pipeline engine that learns. Every reply, edit, and ignored message feeds back into the scoring and the draft prompts, so the motion improves every week it runs. The output is relevance per touch, not volume, which is what actually holds up now that inbox providers and buyers have learned to ignore noise.

04

Phase 4: The Scale

Durability Over Spikes

Scale is execution repeated with discipline. We scale what produces, protect margin, and evolve the engine as the market turns. The goal is a durable motion your leadership team can plan a business around, not a short-lived spike that papers over the fundamentals.

Execution Standard

I am at my best inside real operating pressure, where decisions have revenue, delivery, and team consequences.

If you value clarity over theatre, I can help define the highest-leverage move first and stay close enough to execution for it to stick.
